Owleater is a Chicago-based music group that was formed in order to bring awareness and education to the public regarding lives and points of view of clowns, demons, children, and murderers.  Including, but not limited to, clowns born demons and children born murderers.  Murderers that are clowns and children that are demons.  Members include former delivery man Mr. McFeely, Chicago Homo Joseph St. Charles, and winner of the 2003 International Electronic Music Institute Award of Excellence, Tom St. Charles..
